This is fixed since eCatcher v6.3.5
You need to change the method how Talk2M is setting the IP from NETSH to DHCP. To do so, you need to: oClose eCatcher oOpen the "\Talk2mVpnService\conf\" folder of the directory where eCatcher is installed. oOpen the "Talk2MClient.ovpn" file using notepad. oReplace the line "--ip-win32 netsh" with following 2 lines: ▪dhcp-renew ▪dhcp-release oSave the file.and re-launch eCatcher |

Talk2M network adapter disabled or not connected. Check your Network Connections in your Windows Settings, select the Talk2M connection and click Enable or Connect. If the network adapter is missing completely, run the addtap.bat utility followed by the renametap.vbs utility found in the root folder of eCatcher > Talk2mVpnService/drivers. |
